An audit tells you what's wrong. A Fix Sprint fixes it: up to 8 hours of hands-on remediation on your real pages, worked in order of severity, for $750.
What we fix
We change the underlying code and content that keyboards and screen readers rely on. No overlay, no widget, no script layered on top.
- Missing or unhelpful alt text on images
- Headings that don't outline the page
- Form labels, hints, required fields and error messages
- Color contrast of text and buttons
- Visible keyboard focus and skip links
- Link text that doesn't say where it goes
- Menu, button and dialog markup so they work with a keyboard
Platforms
We work on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and static HTML, within what each platform allows. Theme-level fixes often repair every page that uses the template at once.

How a Fix Sprint works
Start from your audit
We use the issues in your Snapshot or Full Audit report, ranked by severity.
Up to 8 hours of fixes
With a limited editor login you can remove afterwards, we fix the most serious issues first, within 5 business days of getting access.
Change log and re-check
You get a page-by-page log of every change, and we re-scan and keyboard re-check every page we changed.
What we can't fix
Some things are outside our reach: a locked theme on a hosted platform, a third-party booking or chat widget, or content a vendor controls. When that happens, we write it up with your options, such as a different plugin or a request to the vendor, instead of hiding it.
Needs an audit first

Remediation questions
Will a Fix Sprint make my site compliant?
No one can honestly promise that. A Fix Sprint fixes the issues from your audit, in order of severity, and documents what changed. Whether a site meets a law is a legal question, and we aren't lawyers.
What if my site needs more than 8 hours of fixes?
We work the most serious issues first and list anything left over in the change log, so you or your developer can continue, or you can book another Fix Sprint.
Do you need my password?
We need a limited editor or collaborator login for the time of the sprint. Please don't send passwords through our intake form; we'll arrange access by email, and you can remove it when we're done.
Do you install an accessibility overlay?
No. We don't sell, install or recommend overlays. Here's why.
